Oh Boy's Flourless is the most moist and decadent flourless cake that you will come across. 
It has a thin layer of baked ganache and is finished with seasonal fruits, ganache and gold caramel as garnish. 

This is a gluten free cake 

Ingredients

Milk, refined sugar, dark chocolate, dairy whipping cream, refined wheat flour, butter, eggs, coca powder

Allergens

Lactose, Nuts, eggs

Serving Directions

Leave the cake out to come at room temperature, this takes about an hour. Cut the cake using a sharp knife. 

Serves 3-4 people.
