Paradoxe (Egg Free)

Paradoxe has layers of light and airy strawberry mousse, pistachio mousse, citrus bergamot ganache and a fruity raspberry sponge. This entremet sits on a biscuit base. 

NOTE: This is an egg free cake

Ingredients

Milk, refined sugar, white chocolate, dairy whipping cream, refined wheat flour, gelatin, butter

Allergens

Lactose, Gluten, Nuts

Storage

Refrigerate the cake upon delivery and consume within 48 hours. 

Serving Directions

Leave the cake out to come at room temperature, this takes about an hour. Cut the cake using a sharp knife. 

Serves 3-4 people.
