Tropical Twist

Tropical Twist is Oh Boy's Signature Naked Layer Cake and has layers nutty pistachio jaconde, mango jelly layer that adds a burst of tropical sweetness, light and airy coconut mousse, light mango passionfruit layer, and pistachio whipped ganache. 

Ingredients

Milk, refined sugar, white chocolate, dairy whipping cream, refined flour, gelatin, butter, pistachio, mango, eggs

Allergens

Lactose, Gluten, Nuts, eggs

Serving Directions

Leave the cake out to come at room temperature, this takes about an hour. Cut the cake using a sharp knife.
