Vanilla Pineapple

Everyone's favourite vanilla pineapple cake, with layers of vanilla sponge, fresh pineapple compote and vanilla mousse, placed on a biscuit base. 

Ingredients

Milk, refined sugar, white chocolate, dairy whipping cream, refined wheat flour, veg gelatin, butter, pineapple 

Allergens

Lactose, Gluten, may contain traces of nuts. 

Serving Directions

Leave the cake out to come at room temperature, this takes about an hour. Cut the cake using a sharp knife. 

Serves 4-5 people.
